These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cuci918 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your access to and use of the website located at cuci918.cam, including all associated services, games, sports betting markets, payment facilities, promotional programmes, and support channels made available therein.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cuci918 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses:

• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct towards support staff or other Platform users via any communication channel.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Player Account to any third party.

In compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and the requirements of the Operator's licensing obligations, cuci918 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals. Players may be required to submit the following documents as part of the KYC process:

Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon Account closure in all circumstances.
